[VIDEOS] The CEO of 7-Eleven (7-11) discovers one of his policies is not being implemented on the front lines. This week's CEO Joe DePinto, a.k.a. Danny, begins his undercover mission and he makes a mistake on his first day but he also learns how valuable an upbeat and positive employee can be. At his third job Danny meets a young man who feel stunted by his job and he sees first-hand how food is wasted at his establishment. At his fourth location Danny aims to see how the Store Support Center actually filters calls from each independent store, he is shocked at what he finds. Danny finds out how difficult it is to work in the enormous bakery that provides his 7-Eleven stores with freshly baked goods. Danny meets a worker whose job it is to transport all the goods that make up 7- Eleven and he is taken aback by the man's enormous appreciation of life in America and how thankful he is to have his job.
Danny reveals his true identity and make positive changes for the company and for those he met along his journey.
